About the client
Since 1996, Group Multiple has been bringing world-class food, household, hospitality, and luxury lifestyle brands to Pakistan. As a leading importer and nationwide distributor, the group supplies departmental stores, hypermarkets, specialty retailers, wholesalers, and online shoppers.
Growth brought complexity: multiple companies, physical warehouses across Pakistan, thousands of products with variants, import landed costs, and fast-growing e-commerce channels. The business needed one modern platform — not disconnected systems.
The challenge
Group Multiple had previously run SAP. As the group expanded — more companies, more channels, more warehouses, and more online brands — the old setup struggled to keep trading, stock, purchasing, and e-commerce in step.
Key pressures included:
- Multi-company structure — trading, e-commerce, and related entities needed clear separation with shared visibility
- Three physical warehouses — Lahore, Islamabad, and Karachi
- Thousands of products with variants — complex catalogues across food, household, and lifestyle lines
- Import economics — landed cost needed to reflect real import cost
- Purchase discipline — purchase orders needed automation and control
- E-commerce scale — multiple Shopify storefronts needed to live inside the same ERP ecosystem
- Management visibility — leadership needed custom dashboards, not spreadsheet reconciliations

The solution
Dynasol Technologies, an Odoo Trusted Partner, implemented a full Odoo ecosystem for Group Multiple: multi-company architecture, warehouse operations, purchase automation, custom landed cost, Shopify integrations, and tailored dashboards — with training and ongoing support.
1. SAP replaced with Odoo
Dynasol replaced the legacy SAP environment with Odoo, migrating the group onto a modern, modular ERP that can grow with new brands, channels, and companies.
2. Multi-company and branch architecture
Odoo was configured to manage multiple companies in one ecosystem:
| Company | Focus | Structure in Odoo |
|---|---|---|
| Multiple Trading House | Core trading and distribution | Branches such as RWH, Direct, Hospitality |
| E-commerce | Online retail | Shopify storefronts linked in Odoo |
| Personal | Related entities | Dedicated company structure |
3. Three Shopify stores inside the Odoo ecosystem
Dynasol integrated three Shopify stores with Odoo so online sales and back-office operations stay connected:
- Multiple.pk
- ClearanceStore.pk
- Bragg e-commerce channel
4. Nationwide warehousing
Inventory was structured around three physical warehouses:
- Lahore
- Islamabad
- Karachi
5. Thousands of products with variants
The product master was built for a large, brand-heavy catalogue — thousands of products with variants — so sales, purchase, e-commerce, and warehouse teams work from one product truth.
6. Customised landed cost
Dynasol delivered a customised Landed Cost approach so import-related costs can be applied properly to inventory valuation — critical for a serious importer and distributor.
7. Purchase order automation
PO automation reduced manual purchasing friction: better control, faster document flow, and clearer links from demand to supplier orders.
8. Customised dashboards
Custom dashboards give management live operational and commercial visibility — instead of waiting for manually compiled reports.
Odoo apps implemented
Commerce and supply chain: Point of Sale, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Shop Floor, CRM, Contacts
Finance and control: Accounting, Expenses, Approvals, Dashboards
People and organisation: Employees, Payroll, Attendances, Time Off, Recruitment, Appraisals
Collaboration and platform: Documents, Discuss, Calendar, Link Tracker, Settings

Why this matters
Group Multiple is the kind of business Odoo is built for when implemented properly: multi-company, multi-warehouse, high SKU, import-heavy, and omnichannel.
Dynasol did not drop a generic template on the group. We designed company structure, Shopify connectivity, landed cost, purchase automation, and dashboards around how Group Multiple sells, stocks, and grows.
Running a distribution group on SAP, Excel, or disconnected Shopify stores?
If you manage multiple companies, warehouses, or online brands, we can map the same journey for you.
